New beginners Night at Bancroft Rugby Club, Buckhurst Hill Friday June 4th 2010

Beginners salsa classes with Mikey noted as one of the Uk best teachers , guiding you through all the basic steps and technique to enable you to dance with enjoyment. We alsa have a team of salsa mentors who will always be happy to help you learn and feel comfortable within the venue.

There is no need to come with a partner, but it does help as you may be able to practise together outside of our classes. There is always someone to partner with if you come along on your own, either way we would love to see you each and every Friday.

Classes start with a basic  warm up and end with a basic cool down and within the classes all the dance moves are explained and demonstrated until everyone is comfortable to move on.

After a few lessons at beginner level and once you are comfortable you can progress to level two and beyond. Your progress will be carefully monitored so you will be able to dance with any partner smoothly and stylishly.

The first class starts at 8pm.

There is a very large car park and the venue is located close to Roding Valley tube on the central line.
